Prontevaq® Rapid Microclysm
A medical device for rectal use in a microclysm is indicated for the short-term treatment of occasional constipation. Contains glycerol, chamomile and mallow. It is a medical device with a softening effect that loosens and lubricates the stool and facilitates its excretion.
Method of administration (instructions for use)
Rectal use. Each single-dose microclysm remains individually sealed until the time of use to ensure hygiene and ease of use.
- Remove the cap from the single-dose container.
- It is recommended to lubricate the applicator with a drop of the solution.
- Then insert the applicator into the anus and squeeze the container.
- Keep the container continuously squeezed and remove the applicator.
- Each container is intended for single application only. Dispose of any leftover product.
Ingredients
1 microclysm contains 2.25 g of glycerol. Excipients: pregelatinized potato starch, chamomile fluid extract, mallow fluid extract, purified water.
Recommended dosage
One single-dose microclysm as needed, maximum 1 or 2 applications per day.

In these cases, discontinue treatment and consult your physician to initiate appropriate treatment. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Don't swallow. Do not use if the packaging is damaged or if it is not perfectly intact when first opened. Do not use after the expiry date. The shelf life refers to the product properly stored in unopened packaging. Microclysmata should not be used in the case of acute abdominal pain or pain of unknown origin. Irritation of the rectal mucosa may occur in patients with special sensitivity or in case of previous mucosal inflammation. No data are available on the use of the medical device during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult a physician before using this medical device during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Store the microclysm in a dry place away from heat sources.
