Yes, we accept returns at the branch and will gladly help you exchange faulty goods. You can file a return online here or directly at the branch via a self-service kiosk. Don't forget to bring your purchase or order number with you.

How long is my order stored at the branch?

Can I park at the branch?
For parking at the branch, please use the newly renovated parking lot with an entrance from Jateční Street. The entrance to the parking lot is located in front of the car wash.
Where to take old electronics?
