Active ingredients
- Zinc is involved in processes related to the condition of skin, nails and hair in the body and has synergistic properties with collagen. Collagen Beauty contains it in three chelate-bound forms - picolinate, bisglycinate and monomethionine. These organically bound zinc compounds have the same bond as naturally occurring zinc in nature, so they are very well absorbed by the body.
- Vitamin C is both an important antioxidant whose properties are related to oxidative stress (excessive levels of oxidative stress cause damage to skin, hair and nails), and also enhances the properties of the other substances it contains.

Recommended dosage
