At the heart of the LipoCalm™ formula is GABA

Recommended dosage
Take 4 (2 ml) pumps as needed. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. It can be dissolved in water. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals. Use within 60 days of opening.
