Recommended dosage
Take 2 pumps (1 ml) twice daily. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Can be mixed with a small amount of water. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals. Use within 30 days of opening. Keep cool.
