Rapid test for SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus antigen approved for self-testing of individuals and workers . The Realy Tech Covid-19 Ag Saliva Assay is an in vitro diagnostic assay for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus antigens present in human saliva using a rapid immunochromatographic methour The identification is based on the detection of monoclonal antibodies specific for the new coronavirus antigen. The test can be evaluated after 10 minutes. In one package you will find 20 pieces of one-time tests. The Realy Tech Covid-19 Ag test falls under the exception for antigen tests issued by MZČR pursuant to §4 par. 8 of Government Decree no. 56/2015 Sb.

Using the test
Allow the test and sample to equilibrate to room temperature (15 - 30 ° C) before testing. Do not eat, drink, smoke, chew or chew your mouth for 30 minutes before taking a saliva sample.
- Pour enough saliva into the enclosed saliva bag.
- Use a dropper to suck the saliva from the cup and drip 4 drops of saliva into an extraction plastic tube.
- Tear off the cap of the extraction solution ampoule and pour it all into the tube.
- Close the tube with a drip cap (included).
- Shake the tube and squeeze the contents about 10 times to mix the saliva well with the solution.
- Remove the test device from the foil bag and place it on a clean, flat surface. Turn the tube down with the dropper and gently press the 3 drops onto the test plate into the well marked S
- You will see the test result in 10 - 20 minutes. Do not read the result after more than 20 minutes.
Interpretation of Realy Tech Covid-19 Ag Saliva Test Results
Pozitivní: Two red lines appear. One red line appears in control area C and one red line in test area T. The colour shade may vary, but the test should be considered positive whenever only a faint line is present. If the test is positive, contact your doctor.
Negativní: Only one red line appears in control area C and none in test area T. A negative result indicates that there are no new coronavirus particles in the sample or that the number of viral particles is below a detectable range.
Neplatný výsledek: No red line appears in control area C. The test is invalid even if there is a T line in the test area. Insufficient sample volume or incorrect procedure is the most likely reason for failure. Check the procedure and repeat the test with a new test kit.
