I would appreciate some light clicking when horizontal, as I turn the monitor over, put it back in position by guessing and it still feels crooked: -) But that's just a comment, not even a hint of a flaw.

Scaling the image from macbook if you do not want to have UI ala senior phone (original retina display 1440p is terribly huge) consumes roughly 30% more gpu than without scaling

I purchased a monitor for a home workstation where I have two MacBooks and one HP EliteBook with Windows 11. It takes a bit longer for the monitor to switch to standby after disconnecting the computer (it cannot be set in the menu, it's probably about 5 minutes), and all the time the "No signal" message is on the monitor. Eventually, the monitor switches to standby, the panel turns off and only the blue LED flashes. In the menu, you can set a complete shutdown after 1-4 hours in standby. For the price, a good buy, 4K, USB-C PD, satisfaction.
