We bought 2, the first one stopped working after about half a year. I thought it might be a defective piece. the second one stopped working almost exactly after 2 years with both showing up but as grey but whatever you try it says there is no disk in the drive Insert the disk and repeat the action. I have tried all possible applications to repair or restore the disk, nothing works
