I am very dissatisfied with Alza's approach. I just needed the contact details of the driver who took the washing machine to me so I could arrange a handover. However, the lady on the hotline was unable to provide me with a number or offer a reasonable solution. Result? On delivery, no one was on site and the washing machine was left outside without being collected. I have no problem with the driver, he was doing his job. My problem is with Alsa and its customer support, which has utterly failed in this situation. When a customer needs a simple matter resolved, they expect help, not sticks thrown under their feet. The unwillingness or incompetence of the hotline caused an unnecessary complication that could have easily been avoided. I would expect a much more professional approach from a company the size of Alza. This is really a big disappointment.
