The earbuds are really comfortable to wear - no pressure. A great advantage is the multiple repeatability of use. But the attenuation is less than foam protectors in my opinion. And the disadvantage (which is probably related to the shape of the ear, so it may not be apparent to some) is that they are very difficult to pull out when deeper.
