An incredible piece of junk and an overpriced piece of plastic. I've had an otherwise good experience with Alzapower, but they absolutely failed on this one. Every time I need to slide the drawer out, it gets stuck and I have to take out or rearrange all the cables inside, otherwise I can't close it back up. This is far from comfortable to use. The drawer does not close smoothly even when the box is empty. I tried using it for a month and I think it's going to go in the trash.
