I look at how much movement I've had in the last week, month and I try to increase it and that's how I improve. The actual measurement I don't know, for a long time I was happy, but lately, maybe some update I see a lot of inaccurate heart rate on the bike. 3 hour drive and the average is like going to church on Sunday. Which then throws off your fitness parameters, fatigue, recovery and basically everything. Suggestions for the amount of activity for the day are also probably random and don't match either HRV or activity the day before. For the price I got what I wanted - an unobtrusive watch with NFC, activity meter, GPS, battery life. For someone who wants accurate data, he will probably be disappointed. Looks like the algorithm is pretty random.
