I bought the device for the purpose of greater clarity and visualization of which commands with all the other Echo devices I already own. It was supposed to be an imaginary central point. Unfortunately, the device is functional, as it should be, but it cannot handle such a role. It is very slow in everything and I have removed/uninstalled a lot of things. Whatever takes a long time. I had already had a response from the Echo Dot next door and this Echo Show was just getting around to responding. The only benefit I see in this device is video calls (Echo-to-Echo only) and other services tied to the integrated video camera. Playing Prime Video or YouTube content through Silk's internal slow browser is really a necessity. If you don't need the display that much, I recommend the cheaper Echo Spot product. Overall, I found this device rather disappointing.
