Thanks to the stone’s surface finish, it’s easy to clean – it’s just the clips that need a different solution so that any remaining flour can be brushed off more easily and doesn’t get burnt. I recommend making smaller pizzas – they turn out better and are cooked more evenly. In any case, it has to turn round at some point during the journey

The pizza oven is absolutely brilliant. I’ve never managed to achieve this result in a conventional oven. The pizza is ready in no time and is really crispy. The family is very happy, and at last we don’t have to order pizza from a pizzeria. I should also mention that the children love the preparation stage, when they get to put their own pizza together and then eat it straight away. The pizza is ready in under 3 minutes and really does taste like a proper Italian one. I recommend it.

It takes about 10 minutes to heat up, but I leave it in the oven for longer to ensure the baking stone is properly heated through. As the oven reaches temperatures of up to 400 °C, your pizza will be ready in 3–5 minutes. The stone is a good size. Maintenance is simple; the stone is removable – just rinse it with water and put it back in. The pack also includes 2 stainless steel scoops.
