I do not recommend this washing machine at all. We ordered the transport and wiring service. The first cleaning cycle went fine, the second cycle with laundry also went fine, but during the third cycle the machine started to make unbearable and unnatural noises, as if parts were loose or there was a problem with the pump. We immediately contacted the Alza customer service line, where we were referred to an authorised Beko service centre. Based on the instructions we checked everything and everything questioned was fine. However, the unbearable sound continued during the wash, even when the drum was stationary or spinning. We contacted Alza again because we were not interested in repair and wanted to return the washing machine. I was very disappointed with the way Alza treated us. We were shuffled between four different operators who were either incompetent or deliberately extended the time it would take to return the washing machine. It was not until the third operator told us that it was possible to order a collection of the washing machine directly from the apartment and then it would be possible to withdraw from the purchase. However, the operator forgot to process our request, which prolonged our wait for collection by another 4 days. In total, we were without a washing machine for two weeks, helpless and waiting for Alza to deal with our situation responsibly. The collection was finally ordered only on the last possible day of the 14-day return period. The gentlemen who eventually came to take the washing machine away were not pleasant either. I'll overlook the fact that the washing machine broke down on the first day, but the way our request was handled through the hotline was completely unacceptable.
