It's definitely not a product for someone who expects any effect that is present in preworkout products. This is actually the first time that my appetite for exercise has decreased. (I personally have experience with 20+ different pre-workout products). The taste is quite interesting, imagine lemon juice sprinkled with cheap cocoa.
