The modem works fine. Now we have 3x faster internet speed than cable and without having to pull the cable through the apartment to the room. When replacing the SIM card, the modem must be switched off and on again to load each one. Usable app on mobile and cloud connection for user monitoring.

I bought this 5G connection point as a solution for a place where there is basically no other alternative. It looks very good on paper, and I' ve had fairly good experiences with D-Link products in the past, so I wasn' t expecting a major problem. Unfortunately, this already occurred when trying to insert a SIM. I first tried a Vodafone nanosim from another device via a microsim adapter. No signal on the diodes. So I tried T-mobile from my phone. Same again. In the end, I also tried the exchange for a completely new SIM and I ripped out the microsim directly without an adapter. Nothing again. When trying to log in to the configuration interface directly through the configuration wifi of the outdoor unit (there is a beautiful QR code to connect, beautifully described passwords, etc. ) I encountered - wifi connected, but the web configuration does not load (I tried 3 browsers Firefox, Edge and Opera http and https). Ping to unit functional, wifi full signal. I ended up connecting via cable through the router unit when it worked but it was very slow indeed. The mobile configuration application already worked better (at this point I had already read the manual several times and watched the configuration video on Youtube in Polish and other tips. ). However, the configuration clearly said SIM not found in either case. I don' t know, did I do something wrong? Is it a defective piece? Or a completely unsuccessful product? I sent it back within the 14 day period and want to try another piece.

None of the inserted SIM cards that were functional elsewhere did not work. I also tried changing the SIM to the new M2M 5G IOT from T-mobile
The web administration interface is incredibly slow, to the point where I sometimes felt like it wasn' t working. Through the configuration mobile app, the system response was better
Problematic connection to the outdoor unit via the configuration wifi, if the router is not connected via a cable. The interface basically didn' t even load for me.
