The product did not work properly (it did not reliably record photos according to the date taken) so I advertised it. He came back with a statement that the defect had not manifested itself. At that time, this photo frame was sold out. Because the defect I found persisted, I returned it as an unsuitable gift. The company sent me a credit note for the original amount. But what I subsequently found out - what a coincidence - the photo frame of the same type immediately appeared as the only one on the Alza.cz website under the note "SOLD OUT" at a 5% discounted price of 2 369, - CZK from the original 2 469, - CZK.! The original price was 1 999, - CZK, but for Alza.cz some fair business practices probably do not apply. After the notification to the CTIA again a coincidence - no longer on the website is the "discounted" unpacked photo frame for 2 369, - CZK, but the same new frame (5 pcs) for 1 999, - CZK. As a replacement for the returned product I ordered a digital photo frame of another brand declared as NEW. It came not only unwrapped, but with the original manufacturer's re-sticker cut open. - so open. The customer can hardly consider such a shipment as a new product. That's why I returned it. However, instead of a refund, the credit note is again limited to 1 month. So even though I no longer want anything to do with a company that uses the above practices - this one is forcing me to buy from them again. By the way - apparently I am the only dissatisfied customer on the Czech market during the time Alza.cz has been operating, because on the website https://www.alza.cz/article/514. The htm ("Your personal references") is full of superlatives of satisfaction - you won't come across an unsatisfied customer and I haven't found any other way to evaluate it.
Despite the setting to sort by date, it does not sort photos by the date they were taken, but by the date they were added. To be precise - sometimes yes, but 99% no. In addition, the slightest movement of the frame will cause the frame to shut down and restart due to a loose jack (voltage supply). I have complained about the image shifting but the service centre has not acknowledged the complaint. It's an expensive piece of junk if I can't have the photos lined up like in an album!
