To sum up, I must unfortunately conclude that the product is by no means a safe and useful aid, but merely a ‘supplement’ for emergency situations. At the same time, I would like to say that I did not expect such results compared to the competition, which makes my disappointment all the greater. Following this experience, I have decided to return the GPS tracker.

The app is not optimised for different font sizes and, once again, does not take the user’s system settings into account.
Much of the app uses fonts that are an inappropriately light shade of grey and are difficult to read.
The signalling functions are practically unusable: - the light is invisible, - the sound is almost inaudible, - the vibrations are extremely brief, - and, what’s more, it takes at least 1–2 minutes to switch them on, which is completely unacceptable.
It weighs roughly twice as much as the competing Tractive product.
The dimensions and shape are also less practical – a rival tracker ‘blends in’ better with the collar and fits more easily into a pocket.
The accuracy does not match the stated ±10 metres.
Communication with the device poses a major problem: Whilst Tractive displays the GPS tracker’s movements in the app almost in real time, this product has a delay of up to 2 minutes, which effectively renders it useless for practical purposes.
