At first I was skeptical about the wireless subwoofer, but I didn't observe any latency or problem with connecting the boxes. My main criticism of Bednán is how they haven't solved the volume control. On the visually large front where the control panel is, I was expecting that the volume indicator (numeric, if possible) would fit, but it could be forgiven if the boxes after switching off (to standby mode) did not keep the previously set volume. There will be situations where the boxes can rip your ears off when you turn them on, because the default value is I guess at 50% power, so depending on the input the volume can be uncomfortable.

I bought the cases after my trusty Logitech Z2300s left after 17 years, and I certainly do not regret the purchase. The speakers look solid and at the same time stylish and have an overall pleasant, balanced sound. At the same time, I' m happy that I can connect the optical output from the computer directly to the boxes without the need for a DAC, and when I' m not sitting at the computer, I can play wirelessly from my phone via Bluetooth (at that point, you' ll also appreciate the aptX support). The mentioned negatives are basically just minor things, but they can be important for some. However, I am satisfied with the purchase and I hope that the repras will serve well in the coming years.

I was looking for some interesting price/performance ratio under 10k(they were on sale). I knew Edifier as a manufacturer, but at that time they were not available on the Czech market. This has changed over time. Audio Edifier is for me one of the really solid speaker manufacturers where they know what to offer the listener. I am not an audiophile, but an advanced user who can tell the difference in the few years I have listened to them. The sound of this setup is superbly balanced and you'll be hard pressed to find an alternative. Ribbon tweeter, wireless subwoofer these are all cool things you want to have these days. The sound for me is well balanced, bass not overdriven on flat mode. The subwoofer doesn't play a role here, or at any cost to overdrive the other bands and demolish the panel building. Just a solid presentation of sound as it should be. You can also adjust the treble and bass separately with the dials on the satellite. I have 2 SETs in my home. One at the TV and one at the PC. They do not interfere with each other and work exactly as they should. I definitely recommend it.
