An ordinary extension cord with a switch. The previous no name China lasted 5+ years, then the switch went out. That's apparently the lifespan of these switches.
Rigid safety caps - the fork can only be pushed in with a really big force against a hard pad. Another example of how excessive security is unnecessarily poisoning our lives.
