The nylon strap is probably the best one. I had it on the original Enduro 3 and I've used it on all my models since. It's great for everyday wear, sports, and sleeping, with easy and quick adjustment. I was worried the Velcro would lose its quality over time, but after a year and a half, it's still working without any issues. You just need to look after it a bit – take it in the shower with you about once a week and give it a rinse, just like yourself. You can use it for swimming too, but some people might find having a wet strap on their wrist unpleasant afterwards.
