In 30 years, this is only the second time MB has died in 3 months under normal use and quality PC cooling.
In my case the MB still managed to burn the CPU, so I would really avoid it. for completeness, it was not a defect on the PSU side or a peak in the el. network - PC is behind the controller and with verified 1000W PSU - so it was a bad - second-rate VRM on MB
The PC worked OK for about 3 months. Next. turned itself off and after switching on what other customers describe - PC was running with max fans and POST did not work. I gradually replaced all components (incl. PSU). Strangely enough the CPU swap helped and POST went through - and even bit into the boot OS, only to find that it would go into an endless blue screen reboot. inu voltage regulation KO on MB, which managed to cook the original CPU during the previous "hop".
I'm starting to get the feeling that AORUS is more about the logo than the actual delivery quality of the electronics - I had an RTX 3080 AORUS and it was one of the worst GPUs, even though it was by far the biggest and heaviest.
