I replaced my old Honor 8X with this phone, which served without a fault for 6 years and still works flawlessly, but the battery life is not what it used to be. For a long time I read all kinds of reviews of all possible founs, compared pros and cons, before I decided to stay with Honor for this budget model. I' m writing this review after a while so that I have enough time to test the phone first. Anyway, it was an excellent choice, it has no competition in this price category (up to 5k). The phone has a beautiful display and color rendering, a thin body, fits beautifully in the hand and does not slip in the hand. It has a protective film attached from the factory, so before it wears off, it will stay calm for a long time. On the old Honor, the foil lasted 3 years before I changed it. A big plus is the system itself, no annoying pop-up ads, no ballast that cannot be removed. I will not evaluate the UI, everyone' s preferences are different, I personally use Nova launcher on all my Android devices where I can set everything in detail. Another surprise, the battery life is great, two days with normal use, and that' s with GPS and data still on. This phone has a processor that is not only very good but also economical! But I don' t use extremely burning apps like tiktok and I don' t play games. Charging time depends on the charger. If you don' t have a charger that can do QC 3.0, then charging is really long. So the charger from the old phone (2.1A) can be used, but it lasts for a long time. I dug out a 3A charger and suddenly the phone charged from 10% to 100% in an hour, great. The photos are quite nice, it' s definitely not a tragedy, such a better average, there is the possibility of many settings. Logically, it' s not a camera like a phone for 30k, but it' s perfectly fine for an ordinary user. So, all in all, a really great phone in this price category, the system is fast, no jams, it can do 5G and the 8/256 configuration is just right for today' s demands. The absence of a memory card and a 3.5 mm jack may be annoying, but phones of this design do not have any. Personally, 256GB is enough for me, plenty. And there' s always the option of quickly transferring files via USB-C. The phone does not come with a charger or a cover, but I can easily forgive the manufacturer because for a price under 5 thousand CZK it is an amazing phone. P. S. someone wrote here that he has bad wifi, so I can' t confirm this. Wifi absolutely no problem, no dropouts and the signal catches without problems with good sensitivity - I have 5 other phones here for comparison.
