I cannot praise the vacuum cleaner as such. We have it cleaned up nicely everywhere, and although there are a few places where it regularly jams, there's not much to fault it.
It's worse with an app that basically doesn't work. Pairing could have been part of the IT state exam, all links in the app end with an error, the help doesn't work, the FAQ is unhelpful.
The robot reports that the components need to be checked. The function that is supposed to show you the details in the app doesn't work, so I don't know anything.
Contacting support is useless, no one will answer you anyway.
I'm considering a claim.
Vacuums well
A huge plus is the auto-emptying station
The app is tragic
Help and FAQ does not work or does not provide any information
Robot status cannot be displayed even if the notification is on (it never was)
customer support - Unresponsive, unresolved, non-existent (apparently)
