I used the glass for two days before my phone (again) fell to the ground - glass cracked, display OK. It fulfilled its protective function.
When the display is off, the glass has a blue-violet glow. The result of light filtration - slightly yellow.
The glass overlaps the flat surface of the phone's display by about 1mm all around. I have my phone in a case (AlzaGuard Crystal Clear TPU Case), there is a small gap between the glass and the case. That's good. I've had bad experiences when the glass is tight with the case - when the phone fell on the edge, the glass peeled off.
