considering the fact that the connectors are placed transversely, it can happen that the USB cable can be plugged into the outermost connectors very difficult - the cutout in the cassette does not fit exactly and there is no margin. It requires quite laborious and careful seating of the motherboard.
It needs an external power supply. The cable is not included and it may be more difficult to find a free and long enough SATA power cable with a free 12pin connector (but maybe this is an advantage - see "pros")
