to open, you need to wave your hand over the wick and you have to move quickly to avoid a collision.
the top edge of the basket causes the bags to tear. ...the griffle must be clamped to prevent tearing. I take the whole plastic frame off when I take the bag out.
the batteries are small, I think only 2,, they don't last as long as the previous basket where there were 4.

The only thing I didn't understand was that the manual says 4 batteries and there are three, one is hidden and can't be removed. In addition, I think that, given the price, the batteries could already be part of the package. The packaging was very funny, the environmentalists would have cried.
