I absolutely don't understand the few negative reviews, and I often have the exact opposite experience (positive reviews but my experience is negative).
In my opinion, the rice cooker is great. I was looking for a rice cooker with a ceramic pot (no teflon) for a long time and finally found one. Yes, this rice cooker isn't the biggest, but the volume is clearly described, and for me, it's actually an advantage for storage.
ceramic pot instead of a Teflon one
the rice absolutely does not stick and after cooking everything can be removed, with my previous Teflon one a little always burnt and was left at the bottom of the pot
design, looks stylish
The controls could be more intuitive.

design
smaller size
ceramic surface
delayed start
The container is dishwasher-safe.
Doesn't switch off, I have to unplug it from the socket.
Miniature steamer
it takes quite a long time and the timer only shows for about the last 10 minutes
The container is difficult to remove
The lid (the metal part with the seal) is a pain to clean and is prone to getting damaged during cleaning.
It can randomly boil over, and then it's a disaster everywhere (it could just be me, but I feel like I'm doing it the same way every time. :)
price/performance - rather disappointing

nice look, easy to clean, ceramic bowl
is too small, certainly not for a family, one scoop of rice i.e. a batch for two people is cooked in it for an hour. Two measuring cups (with water) are almost to the edge and it takes even longer to boil.
You want to put more water than the instructions say, 1 part rice to 2.5 parts water. Otherwise, the rice gets toasted.

The rice cooker looks perfect, but for a family of 3 it is small. That was a bad choice. The exchange for a larger one was absolutely trouble-free.
perfect processing
smaller than I expected

This is my second rice cooker ever, replacing a rice cooker that had been burning rice from the start and spurting water through the lid. I was motivated to buy a better one by the fact that the Teflon started to peel off the bowl and because of the scorching I returned to the classic cooking of rice in the pot ("the old way") for some time. I'm thrilled that there is a rice cooker with a ceramic bowl and at the same time the rice doesn't burn (I'll consume 100% of what's cooked, not just the unburnt part). Rice from a proper rice cooker simply tastes better than the "old-fashioned" way. Great satisfaction, I hope it will serve for a long time and no part will break.
beautiful design while not excluding practicality
foldable
excellent rice
does not burn
ceramic container (not Teflon as in most of the sold ones)
a power cord that can be replaced if potentially damaged
Closed container (no water leaking through the lid as in other rice cookers)
No Teflon, which would start to peel after a while.

It handles very well for me, I just recommend reading the instructions afterwards to take advantage of the cooking adjustments. It's kind of a design thing for the home.
Design
Heat treatment options
Opening the rice cooker
You really have to get to know it
