plenty of minor manufacture defects internally, like scratches on the cooling heatsink, careless soldering, scratches on the covers of RAM and SSD modules. i had to return one notebook because of this issue since it looked like a refurbished product.
Cooling pad is a must use on this device since of its design, i do not recommend using it in bed
the power supply is chonky and so is the laptop, but for a 17inch model is not too bad.
