I'd give it 5 stars, but I won't - and that's because of two things. The cushion is practically non-removable, otherwise there remains that cheap plastic mechanism on which the cushion rides. Fortunately, it's comfortable. However, what bothers me the most is the lumbar support. It's a complete waste. It doesn't add to the comfort, it just makes the chair creak unnecessarily when leaning back. If the manufacturer would have done away with that and made a "Lean back and sit down!" style chair, it would have been much better. He might even lower the price. But what can you do in this day and age of super ideas that are ultimately useless.
