In a 2021 Fabia 3, it says the device is not supported, so I don't recommend it.
I can recommend the Keetec Mini Cube, which I bought from Alza, and that works with the Fabia 3.
My Fabia had a problem with the microphone during calls via CarPlay, and that now works this way too.
nice look
Doesn't work with a Fabia 3

Experience with wireless Android Auto (Ottocast) in a Škoda Fabia 3: A huge disappointment. I bought the Ottocast “Mini Cube 3” and “Mini Pico” adaptors to get wireless Android Auto working in my Škoda Fabia 3. Unfortunately, neither device worked. Even connecting an additional power supply using a Y-cable (powered from a 12V car charger) didn't help – the car's infotainment system just kept crashing and restarting over and over. I also tried a factory reset on the radio and the Ottocast adaptors themselves several times, but to no avail. The standard connection via a USB cable works absolutely reliably without a single issue. So the problem is clearly with the Ottocast devices. I consider these products to be non-functional and unusable in this combination.

It does its job, will save the USB-C port on my new phone in the future.
quick pairing (iPhone 14)
works as it should
I'll keep the USB-C to A adapter in my cable drawer.
The manufacturer's website states compatibility with the VW Polo 2018, but unfortunately the USB port in the car is oriented the other way and the device cannot be connected without an extension cable due to lack of space.
Steering wheel response is about 2s.

Functional
Connects in literally a few seconds
Hope this helps someone. It connects straight away in a RAV 4 2024, but making calls is a bit of a problem. You can make a call immediately, but it only goes through the phone. If you wait about 3 minutes after starting the car, you can call normally through the car speakers. The strange thing is that Spotify etc. plays through the speakers straight away. I've tried various settings, but I'm not bothering with it anymore. I just make the first call from the car after about 3 minutes. Pixel 11 pro XL.
