The delivery was disastrous but it zblbo dpd but Alza could have a better solution for overcrowded Alzaboxes. It arrived about 5 days late to another part of Prague. But it has nothing to do with the product
The product could have a metal frame. Everything on the bottom (handlebars are metal) is plastic so hopefully it will last because it looks solid unlike another scooter that had like new clearance and I returned it right away.
