It's too big for a newborn.
The part that attaches to the nose has not been obliterated! It had sharp edges. We bloodied the baby's nose with it. Unfortunately, it's my fault for not checking.

Handy and practical
Unfortunately, the beak that attaches to the baby's nose is poorly ground/cast and can scratch the baby's nose badly. We figured out that the beak would come across the beak from the NUK mucus sucker. The pump works better with this handle.
