Overall, it's a good pad. It almost sticks to the table, so it doesn't slip on the surface, but it is so tight that moving it around is not an option. The mouse glides on the surface like ice. This is probably the mouse's strength, but also its weakness. It's probably an advantage for games, but I don't play games. I need the mouse and pad to be easy and snappy to work with in Photoshop, but with this pad it requires extra attention to get a feel for the mouse. I like the fabric ones better.
