So far the best vacuum cleaner we have ever had and I have already changed several models. It does what it's supposed to and it works, high praise and I'm already saving up for a new model. We don't have pets, but with three kids she handles it just as bravely, so I wouldn't be afraid to get one even with pets.

vacuuming and washing is great, it knows where the carpet is, it can be set explicitly
the combination of "zone clean", "room clean", "point n go" and "remote control" can also solve thresholds that can be passed from one side, but not the other way around (too high from one side, the sanded side will pass)
restore maps if mapping goes wrong (it happens unfortunately)
according to the privacy statement should not sell data, telemetry can be disabled in the application (map uploads, would not be visible in the application) - can be made VLAN on wifi, even use without wifi by pressing start, but without features
frustrating at the beginning, instead of the manual, watch the 6 min maintenance video on how to clean coiled hair and how to clean what
it doesn't like cable balls (it also got stuck on the laundry rack, because the cutout on the wheels is just the same diameter)
the map goes wrong sometimes - it has to be restored or deleted and rebuilt - sending to a "clean zone" that updates the map works.
sometimes the lidar does not see that there is a wall between the rooms and tries to cross the threshold when it is unsuccessful

I bought the vacuum cleaner for an old and rather rugged apartment, where unfortunately it is not possible to use its full potential. Still, it's a big help when cleaning. We usually use the vacuum cleaner by putting it in the middle of the room and pressing the start button - without using the mobile app and the gadgets that are in it. In our situation, it might be worth reflecting in retrospect on whether a cheaper and less clever model would have sufficed.
Mopping is the absolute TOP
Runs the room reliably back and forth, leaving no uncleaned spots
I wouldn't want to go back to hand-washing and vacuuming the whole apartment.
It has a problem crossing thresholds, although the instructions say otherwise. That's why, unfortunately, the apartment can only be vacuumed room by room.
In our apartment it is not possible to use automation in practice
The suction in the docking station has a problem with sucking out dog hair - it clogs up
