I feel like I've bought a completely different product to the one being reviewed here. I have several appliances from Rowenta, but I'm not happy with this one at all. It is true that I bought a used one to save some money, but that shouldn't make a difference. A completely wrong choice of appliance for life with a small child.
I'm comparing it with my original steam cleaner, also from Rowenta, and I can't find any pros.
the floor is wet, it takes a long time to dry. probably a technical fault. the water isn't being sucked up into the container
it's not flexible at all for life with a small child. you have to wait a long time for the roller to dry. e.g. you can't use it several times during the day to clean the floor under the high chair.
Cleaning the machine takes just as long as mopping. It doesn't suit me at all.
I thought that using the product would leave a feeling of cleanliness, but it's exactly the same as just using plain water.

I am very satisfied, I don't know why I didn't get a floor cleaner sooner. It saves me half the time, I don't have to drag a bucket or a corded vacuum cleaner around. The floor is almost immediately dry and beautifully clean. I mop more often now than I did with a traditional mop.
The floor is dry straight away
I can pour my non-foaming solution into it
without cable
saves time
It might be a bit heavy for some, but I personally don't mind.
So far I don't see any other negatives.
