As soon as it sits in the charger and is still hot, it damages the floor. I thought that there was just a brown smudge under it, which I repeatedly cleaned in vain. When I moved it, a new one appeared in another place. I soon realized that it was not dirt, but a burnt floor - brown squares, wherever you leave the vacuum cleaner to charge after cleaning. I am very upset about this and do not know what to do with it. The floor is a year and a half new, so I am wondering what my options are for compensation for this unexpected consequence...
