Our whole family is happy with this coffee machine. The coffee taste is pleasant, not too acidic, and the foam is nicely frothed. The hot water is also fine, it's more than enough for tea. We chose this coffee machine for our home mainly because of the easy maintenance, and so far we're highly satisfied. The grinder is surprisingly quiet, so the morning coffee doesn't wake anyone up. The display is very responsive, you can set everything in just a few clicks, and the coffee is really delicious. What I appreciate the most, though, is the automatic cleaning – right after making a cappuccino, the machine flushes the milk system with hot steam on its own.
The slight downside to all this constant rinsing is that you have to empty the drip tray and refill the smaller water tank a bit more often. For me, it's a reliable machine that makes excellent coffee.
