If the bottle breaks, the syrup spills all over the area and affects other customers' shipments. Overall: fast shipping yes, but the quality of packaging and handling of shipments lags far behind. Cleaning orange stains off a white t-shirt before going to work is definitely not part of the shopping experience I pay for.
