it doesn't even have licensed dolby (as someone below stated and is right)
the door opens mechanically like the cheapest old mechanical tape recorders. For the money, one would expect at least a motorized opening.
I understand that the cartridges are a bit "out", but this product was made many years ago - when unpacked from the box, all the cartridges were already considerably yellowed and about to go for ecological disposal. so I just hope the rubber drive belts aren't already blistered, too. I didn't have to buy a new machine.
