I had to buy the module because of a new lease where there was no cable available. For 9 months everything worked fine, but then when downloading from Steam at high speed everything crashed, WiFi disconnected and the module disappeared from the device manager. Resetting the PC will help. But when disconnected, the whole PC crashes and a hard reset is required. No advice from various (even official) websites helped either. So, complaint. Replacing the PCI slot, new drivers, disabling power saving modes or adjusting the bios didn't help either. I don't have integrated WiFi on the motherboard.

I mentioned the BT connection as a disadvantage. But it' s more of a warning, for " experts" who don' t read manuals.
I got the Wi-Fi up and running in a few minutes (I used the drivers from the website).
But I was struggling with BT and was not able to get it working.
