I recommend it. For me it solved the deaf spots in the furthest rooms in II. floor of a family house, where on the ground floor, about in the middle of the house, there is an Archer AX70 router.
Easy setup in the TP-Link app.
Range sufficient to cover the second floor of the house. After the firmware update, it got even better and there is a full alarm everywhere.
I recommend the repeater location utility in the Tether app.
It gets quite hot but this is probably normal and proportional to the power.
