For the money, it's not that bad, but it's got a lot of flies. exercises on the bow tie can't be implemented much, there is not much suitable construction for it, legs can be exercised only with lighter weights, because otherwise the foam is squeezed. Bench can only be practiced with an inclined bench, because the extensions on the bow tie are annoying, so everyone takes them off anyway, as they are useless.
The overall stability of the bench, resp. of the bench attachments is miserable to me. The screw for the leg exercise attachment is short and the paint peels off everywhere during exercise due to friction. You can live with it, but next time I'd rather pay more and get something better.
