Very nice and modern product with a lot of buttons and configurations. Very good software and documentation. The joystick has its quirks, but I've figured out a way to work around/minimize them. Hopefully this will be resolved with a new firmware update. I would recommend purchasing an immediate product replacement from Alza if this joystick does not suit you.

Unstable and intermittent response from the pinky lever, rotation around the vertical axis and the B9 button on the joystick lever. Occasionally the joystick will start to drift spontaneously along the vertical axis, but all you have to do is fully depress the thumbstick to correct the correct response (in my case).
Missing thumb firing button on the joystick side. There is only a 4-way hat at that location. For me, the best direction to set is towards the lever for shooting secondary weapons (e.g. in Elite Dangerous).

the configuration software does allow you to configure everything that is configurable on both boxes, but its layout is not optimal, especially when using the modern dark grey font on a black background, and without careful reading of the manual you will not easily discover some options right away.
