It's like the Tem, the thermostat doesn't work to change the temperature. It just heats up/doesn't heat up, so the wax is too hot and has to be allowed to cool and then constantly monitored by turning it on and off. Good for the 200, but I've seen the same product somewhere for 1500, I'd be pissed. Maybe this is a fake of the original product and Alza missed the supplier/buyer.
