I find it works and relieves pain and fatigue during really long 8h+ sessions
I also see an advantage in the fact that the seat cushion is low and does not change the overall ergonomics of the chair so much (e.g. if you don't have an adjustable lumbar support or backrest, a higher seat cushion could be a problem)
