Recommended dosage
For optimal use, take 1 capsule 3 times a day, always with food (not on an empty stomach). The daily dose is divided into three continuous doses (e.g. breakfast, lunch, dinner) so that the body is optimally and evenly supplied throughout the day (see. split dosing system for maximum availability).
Warning and packaging
Not suitable for children and minors under 18 years of age. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a physician for use of the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
