Polishing agents: gelatin, glycerine and dyes (iron oxides and hydroxides), refined soybean oil, chondroitin sulfate, hydrolyzed collagen type I, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), emulsifier: soya lecithin, thickener: glycerol monostearate, manganese sulfate, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol). /Molding agents: gelatine, glycerine and dyes (iron oxides and hydroxides), refined soybean oil, chondroitin sulfate, hydrolyzed collagen type I, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), emulsifier: soya lecithin, thickener: glycerol monostearate, manganese sulfate, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol).
Recommended dosage
Take 2-3 capsules daily, preferably in one dose, with a glass of water (200 ml). Recommended to take for at least 3 months. Long-term use is possible.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. It is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children and young people under 12 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
