The Reolink Track IP camera captures its surroundings in high 3840×2160 pixel resolution and offers a horizontal field of view ranging from 104° to 38°. This rotating PTZ device combines a wide-angle lens with a telephoto lens and uses a 6× hybrid zoom to capture distant details. Night-time monitoring is handled by infrared illumination with a range of 30 metres or two integrated spotlights with a colour temperature of 6500K. Built-in algorithms recognise people, vehicles and animals and automatically track them. The IP65-rated construction resists adverse weather, and dual-band Wi-Fi 6 technology ensures wireless communication.

Image parameters
The device captures its surroundings with a pair of lenses with focal lengths of 2.8mm and 8mm at an F1.6 aperture. The image signal is processed by 1/3" and 1/2.8" CMOS sensors, which create video in 8-megapixel resolution at 20 frames per second. The horizontal field of view ranges from 104° to 38° and the vertical from 60° to 21°. H.265 and H.264 compression formats efficiently reduce data storage requirements.
Night vision
The camera monitors in complete darkness in two different modes. The infrared mode uses two 850nm wavelength LEDs with a range of up to 30 metres for a black and white image. The colour night mode activates two integrated 4W spotlights with a colour temperature of 6500K. These light sources illuminate the scene and capture colour details even in the middle of the night.
Smart detection
Built-in artificial intelligence algorithms analyse the footage and can accurately distinguish the movement of people, vehicles and animals. The system supports automatic tracking of moving objects using motorised pan and tilt. Users can define custom motion detection zones to eliminate unwanted alarms from busy areas. If the area is breached, the system activates the built-in siren and warning spotlights.
Two-way audio
The communication system includes an integrated microphone and speaker, which provide clear audio transmission. This hardware enables two-way conversations with people near the camera in real time. The speaker also serves to broadcast a loud audio alarm in the event of an unauthorised intrusion detection. The audio alert helps to deter unwanted visitors right at the edge of your property.
Data storage, rotation and durability
Users can save recordings in several different ways: on a microSD card up to 512GB, or to FTP servers or NVR recorders. The motorised design performs a horizontal rotation of 355° and a vertical tilt of 90°. Users can use the 6× hybrid zoom to see details. The IP65-rated housing withstands adverse weather conditions in a temperature range of -10°C to +55°C. You can install the device on a wall or ceiling and connect the power adapter to the mains.
Connectivity and app
The wireless network connection uses dual-band Wi-Fi technology in the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. It also offers an RJ-45 Ethernet port for a stable wired connection. The device supports standard ONVIF and RTSP network protocols for integration into existing systems. Management is handled by the manufacturer's app, which is compatible with iOS, Android, and Windows operating systems, and there is also support for Google Assistant.
